Our graduate development programme is open to enthusiastic applicants looking for a range of careers, including Business Analysts, Software Developers and Quality Assurance Analysts.

Successful candidates enjoy a highly structured, well documented and personalised training programme designed to be as hands on as possible. We bring in skills from across the business to guide and inform them, and assign a mentor from a recent year’s intake of graduates to help them settle in.

The programme is all about nurturing the friendships and building affinities that are the foundation of solid, consistent progress and success. It’s also a great way for them to get a sense of how we work and who we are, and build their team network from the beginning. 

The graduate development programme is also the first step on the ‘Covernet Causeway’ - our tailored Career Development Framework which has been designed to empower our people and help them maximise their potential through tailored training and structured development.
