The ability to attract great people to Covernet and help them develop their careers has underpinned our success to date. We understand the importance of asking our team what they need to succeed and engage in a number of people management and workplace programs to ensure we are continually learning and improving how we work.

Following an assessment by Investors in People, we announced in 2024 we had achieved their Platinum accreditation.  Platinum accreditation confirms that as an organisation we not only have the right practices in place but more than that, it means every single member of the team takes ownership for making them come to life. This makes us the smallest organisation in Northern Ireland to achieve platinum, and one of only 3% of tech companies that engage in the standard to reach the highest level.. Read More Here.

For four consecutive years, Covernet has been recognised in the annual UK’s Best Workplaces™ in Tech – Small category,’ and overall Best Workplace lists as awarded by the Great Place to Work™ UK Institute.  The Institute acknowledges the importance of innovation and career growth for employees in the technology industry and prioritises the wellbeing and work-life balance of employees to provide positive experiences at work. In 2024 we were also included in the Best Workplaces for Development, the first year this award was issued.

We have also been awarded Best Place to Work in IT for 4 years in a row by the Belfast Telegraph IT Awards.
