4 in a row for Covernet
We were celebrating again on Friday night as 5 of the team attended the Belfast Telegraph IT Awards where we were finalists in two categories. The team brought home the award for Best Place to Work in IT (up to 100 people) for the 4th year in a row! A fantastic achievement, thanks to all the team who make Covernet such a fab place to work!
The judges at the awards said that “Covernet has been a worthy winner of this category for the last three years”.
They added: “The commitment to continuously improve and develop, and deliver measurable results in this areas secured yet another win.
“This year their team-led approach to personal development initiatives from the launch of Succession Planning, the increased uptake of Covernet College and the focus of the peer-led Innovation Forum are examples of best practice on these areas.”
