Covernet achieves treble success at the UK’s Best Workplaces Awards

For the third consecutive year Coleraine-based InsurTech Covernet, has officially been recognised as a Best Workplace™ in Northern Ireland by the Great Place to Work® UK Institute.

This is the third time the company has been named the highest-ranking Northern Ireland company in the small organisations category, ranking no 21 out of all businesses across the UK who were surveyed.

Over 250,000 employees were surveyed in the Great Place to Work® Trust Index© Survey to find out what organisations deserve to be listed as the UK’s Best Workplaces for 2024.

Scores awarded by the team reflect a remarkable achievement of 97-100% across a range of key areas including Leadership Behaviour, Community, Camaraderie, Communication, Engagement, Respect, Fairness and Pride.   100% of the staff surveyed agreed that Covernet is a Great Place to Work.
