Covernet go for Gold!

Following our recent assessment by Investors in People, we are delighted to announce we have achieved We invest in people, Gold accreditation.

Gold accreditation confirms that as an organisation we not only have the right practices in place but more than that, it means every single member of the team takes ownership for making them come to life. This achievement is extremely significant to us as a team, as only 17% of organisations achieve gold.

Covernet’s commitment to securing accreditation in people management through IIP began in 2019 when we were awarded Investors in People at Standard level for our dedicated investment in our people, and our steadfast commitment to this process has returned an accreditation of Gold within two years.

With a benchmark score of 840/900, Covernet has ranked 6th place in the UK in our sector.
