Covernet is delighted to have received official certification that it is a Great Place to Work as awarded by the Great Place to Work® UK institute.
With a steadfast commitment to create an exceptional, high performing workplace where employees feel trusted and valued, we are thrilled to have received this first recognition milestone.
As evidenced in our Company Values, Covernet’s people are at the heart of the business and it is imperative for us to understand the needs of all employees. Our corporate goal is to be recognised as a Best Workplace, therefore we embarked on the first step in the certification process with everyone participating last month in an employee survey conducted by Great Place to Work®.
When Trust Index© results are 65% or higher, the organisation is Great Place to Work-Certified™.
Covernet excelled in this regard, achieving a total score of 97%, a truly remarkable achievement and endorsement of the business’ commitment to its people and being a great workplace for all.
Lee Stuart, Managing Director shared his delight in achieving this milestone, commenting
“I am absolutely thrilled we have achieved the Great Place to Work certification at the first attempt as this is great validation of all the hard work and ideas our people have put into our company culture in recent years. 100% of people feel it is a great place to work, and the average of all statements was 97%. Across the vast majority of questions, we had higher scores when benchmarked against companies of similar size, and when benchmarked with larger companies scored significantly higher.”
Lee continued:
“While we are delighted with this achievement, we are committed to reviewing all the data in full detail and ensuring we take on board all feedback as how we can improve even more over the coming year.”
As the global authority on workplace culture, the institute collected feedback on employee’s experience at work to help organisations better understand how to create a great workplace for all. Through the certification process, it captured valuable employee feedback using the research-driven Trust Index© survey and details about the practises that make the Covernet workplace unique.
The Great Place to Work® Certification is valid for 12 months and Covernet will now automatically be considered for placement on the annual Best Workplaces™ lists.
