Covernet pleased to support new Claims Product Line for Ivernia Insurance.
Ivernia Insurance, one of Ireland’s leading MGAs, has recently launched a new Home Product to complement their existing popular Motor Insurance products in the Irish market.
Covernet have been supporting Ivernia’s Claims management on their motor business since 2020, with Ivernia and their claims handling teams using Covernet’s CHIME portal to manage all aspects of the claim from FNOL through to payment and MI.
Ivernia’s internal Claims management team will now also use the platform to support the claims payment process on their new Home product as well, with initial claims being managed by a TPA and Covernet importing the claims for Ivernia.
Covernet’s CHIME platform is designed to support any claims line, with existing clients already managing claims across motor, home, travel, pet, commercial lines and health.
